Anemone de Caen Commerce Platform

Anemone connects the webshop with the work in the shop. Customers browse products, choose add-ons and complete checkout. Staff follow orders, collection and payment status from the same system.

The admin area covers the catalogue, custom products, stock, discounts, order handling, invoices and credit notes. Email templates, queued messages and newsletter tools sit alongside the order and accounting views.

Tools for shop staff and support

The Butik and Support apps can be added to a phone or tablet home screen. Each workspace has its own permissions, device approval and notification settings. Push notifications link back to the relevant app, and the service workers leave API responses uncached.

Checkout and payment improvements

Repeated checkout requests can reuse the original result instead of creating a second order. Prices and order totals are checked on the server. Payment-status access uses a private token, while webhook replay checks help keep repeated payment events from being applied twice.

A smaller first download

Secondary pages and admin panels load when needed. The homepage requests a smaller selection of products and categories, and public settings are shared through one context. Public API responses use field allowlists so customer pages receive the information they need.
